RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
We will gladly accept returns/exchanges on any items that are in their original, unused, or unworn condition along with all packaging.
You may cancel an order at any time before it's been processed for delivery. To cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will need to follow the Returns procedure.
Returns and Exchanges
Our expectation are that you will be delighted with your purchase. However if you are not entirely satisfied, kindly provide us with your notice on our
customercare@hiraethinteriors.com within 48 hours of receipt of delivery and after we approve your request, please return the goods ensuring you have proof of postage (recorded/tracked delivery) and the goods are unused and in the original condition and packaging within 14 days upon receiving, inspecting your faulty product, we will then notify you if your return has been accepted and will issue you an exchange or refund.
When returning goods, please obtain proof of postage as Hiraeth Interiors cannot accept responsibility for items, which fail to reach us.
We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
